The support year runs from 1 September to 1 September
For spring billing, from 1 March to 1 March
The annual fee is paid in advance at the start of the period

For new or fully rebuilt sites the first year is free
Discounted per-site fee for multiple sites
Discounted hourly rate for all further work

Warranty

Warranty applies to supported sites only
48 hours for update errors, 72 hours for restoration
Not for third-party outages, but we deal with them

If you move on

Support can be handed to another developer, or you can manage it yourself
Handover fee: 50,000 HUF for Basic, 80,000 HUF for Extended and Custom (net)
We never hold back any access

Questions about pricing

Why is support better than paying per job?

Because bug fixes are included and every further hour costs about half as much. Fixing one serious problem as a one-off job can cost more than a whole year of support.

Who decides which category my site falls into?

We recommend it after the audit or a short assessment, and explain why. Complexity is what counts: a brochure site is Basic, an online shop is at least Extended.

Are these gross or net prices?

All prices are net, in Hungarian forints, plus Hungarian VAT.

Are there hidden costs?

No. Anything not included in support, we tell you up front, and we only work on it after you approve.
